Two of the most often-used features of iPhones and iPads are the Camera and the Photos app. The smartphone’s camera is very sophisticated and can result in some very professional-looking photos. However, there are so many fun, yet powerful, camera options people don’t know about which offer a lot more options when taking pictures, and can improve the quality of photos exponentially. In this course, students will learn the art and science of taking great photos with the iPhone/iPad in the Camera app, and also include time-honored photography principles that can take photos to the next level. We will cover in detail how to share, store, transfer, organize, and edit these photos in the Photos app. We will learn about using HDR (High Dynamic Range), Time lapse, Panoramic mode, Burst mode, and filters, as well as explore fun photo apps for the camera. By the end of this class, students will have learned everything they ever wanted to know about how to unlock the potential of their camera and confidently organize and share their photos.
